Ease with Empress ( Dinner)

Greetings beautiful humans! Yezi here!   We have a special offering for everyone registering for Ease with Empress!   

We had such a delightful time experiencing the medicine of movement and play but only one thing was missing … FOOD!! We’d love to complete the experience by preparing a dinner at the end of Ease with Empress. Movement will occur at Cultivate 712 and then we will head over to Providencia for a delicious dinner prepared by Lucid Eatz. Specializing in Plant-Based cuisine, we will have refreshing, fulfilling but not too heavy meal options.   

 ‘Love Bowl’: Curry Chickpeas, Sautéed Mushrooms, Grilled Kale on a bed of savory quinoa 

‘Green Goddess Salad’ Arugula, Kale & Spinach Mixed, Topped with Garlicy Garbanzo beans, Fresh Red onion, and Juicy Red Tomato Garnished with sunflower seeds,  Fresh sweet peppers, and homemade Green Goddess Dressing   

Nana Nice Cream: coconut milk + banana + cacao…
