To honor the liberation of melanated mamas this Juneteenth weekend, Movement Empress will offer a guided meditation and healing movement honoring melanated mamas. Small children welcome! Held outdoors - please bring water, yoga mat, and anything needed to be comfortable in the elements.

Waco TX is such a wholesome space harnessing a pure foundation of southern hospitality, community healing, and intuitively led connections. I'm grateful to have aligned with Providencia Urban Retreat Center to hold space for melanated mamas in Waco TX with a reflection of cultural unity, growth, and healing.
Join us for a rising or evening of movement healing for melanated mamas this Juneteenth weekend! To honor the liberation of melanated mamas, Providencia Urban Retreat is partnering with, Movement Empress to share an intentional guided meditation for mothers to practice outdoor grounding, affirmations, and movement for the soul.
Open to all mothers and young children, we have an inclusive experience of play and stress reduction for both mama and child (the attendance of little ones is not required to attend, but are welcome to join).
