Monthly Community Sound Bath

On the 3rd Friday each month, join sound bath and somatic embodiment practitioner Laura Himstedt at noon for a 1 hour, deeply healing sound bath. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything you need to feel comfortable lying down. Outdoors weather-permitting. By donation, please pay what you can.

About the event
Join us the 3rd Friday of each month, 12-1pm for a deeply healing sound bath with Laura Himstedt. Laura is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist, a sound bath practitioner, and has specialized training in somatic experiencing therapy.
Come relax and allow the vibrations of the gong, singing bowls and water instruments to move through every cell of your body. The gong will help release held stress/tension and the singing bowls will bring organization and balance into your system.
Depending on weather, we will ideally be outside in the backyard at Providencia (1312 N.22nd) or inside at Good Neighbor House (2301 Colcord Ave). Location to be confirmed prior to event.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable lying down.
Pay what you can; suggested donation $5-$25.
